Refund Policy – RT-LAB
At RT-LAB, we strive to maintain accuracy, transparency, and trust in all Rudraksha testing and certification services we provide. Every report is prepared using professional testing equipment and verified procedures.
Our Commitment:
We stand by our results and ensure the authenticity of each report. However, in rare cases where a client can provide valid and verifiable evidence that our report findings are incorrect, we offer a full refund of the testing fee.
Eligibility for Refund
- The customer must present clear, credible evidence from a recognized and competent laboratory or professional that directly contradicts the RT-LAB test result.
- The claim must be made within 7 days from the date of the report issuance.
- The original sample tested and the RT-LAB certificate must be presented for review.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds are not applicable once testing has begun unless a valid evidence-based dispute is raised.
- Refunds will not be issued for customer dissatisfaction, spiritual beliefs, or value-based disagreements unrelated to test accuracy.
- No refund applies to damage or loss of samples during shipment or after completion of testing.
Refund Process
- Submit your refund request via email at support@rudraksha-lab.com along with supporting documents and evidence.
- Our team will review your claim within 7 working days.
- If verified as valid, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note:
We refund if any customer can give clear and valid evidence that our report is wrong. RT-LAB reserves the right to verify the claim before approving a refund.
