Terms & Conditions – RT-LAB

By using RT-LAB’s Rudraksha testing, verification, and certification services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1) General

1. RT-LAB provides testing, verification, and certification services for Rudraksha beads and related items only.
2. Submitting a sample for testing constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
3. RT-LAB may update these terms at any time; changes apply once published.

2) Sample Submission & Ownership

1. The client confirms legal ownership and authenticity of all submitted Rudraksha samples and provides accurate labeling/details.
2. Depending on the test method (e.g., X-ray/internal inspection), samples may not always be returnable.
3. RT-LAB is not liable for loss or damage to samples during transit to/from our facility or during testing.

3) Testing & Certification

1. Reports are issued solely on the specific sample received and methods used at RT-LAB at the time of testing.
2. Certificates describe physical/structural attributes (e.g., mukhi count, internal structure, condition, probable origin) and are an expert opinion—not a religious/spiritual guarantee or valuation.
3. Each certificate carries a unique ID and/or QR code for verification. Tampering or alteration renders the certificate invalid.
4. Duplicate certificates may be issued upon written request, subject to verification and applicable fees.

4) Fees, Payment & Refunds

1. All charges are payable in full before release of any report/certificate.
2. Prices may change without prior notice.
3. No refunds once testing has begun or a report has been issued.

5) Limitations & Liability

1. RT-LAB’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant testing service.
2. RT-LAB is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from use of its reports or certificates.
3. Certificates are for information/authenticity purposes and must not be misused for misleading promotion or resale claims.

6) Confidentiality

1. Client data and results are confidential and shared only with the submitting party unless disclosure is required by law.
2. RT-LAB may use anonymized/aggregated data internally for research, quality control, or statistical purposes.

7) Verification & Authenticity

1. Anyone can verify a certificate via RT-LAB’s official verification system or by scanning the QR code printed on the certificate.
2. RT-LAB is not responsible for counterfeit/unauthorized copies used by third parties.

8) Objections & Disputes

1. Any objections to a report must be raised within 7 days of issuance, with the original certificate and sample where applicable.
2. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Your City, State].

9) Force Majeure

RT-LAB is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or government actions.
